RackSpace: New Status Page | Thursday August 2, 2012

Tomorrow, we will be rolling out our new System Status Page which consolidates the system status information for all Rackspace Products and Services onto a single dashboard.  The URL for this new site is https://status.rackspace.com. Once the new page is deployed, we will redirect all of the legacy status page URLs to this new consolidated site.  Please update your bookmarks and we hope you like the new dashboard!

RackSpace: Cloud Sites | mysql50-63.wc1.dfw1 | Degraded

This evening we had a scheduled database maintenance for a small percentage of users located in mysql50-63.wc1.dfw1. The maintenance was scheduled to last until 11pm however is taking a little longer to complete.We will continue to update the status page once the maintenance completes.

Update: As of 12:42AM CT, We have received reports of slow or non-responding sites on a web cluster. We are currently investigating the situation and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Update: As of 8:00AM CT, our engineers are continuing to troubleshoot the issue. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this quickly.

Update: As of 9:15AM CT, our engineers are continuing to troubleshoot the issue. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this quickly.

Update: As of 9:35AM CT, all databases on the mysql50-63.wc1.dfw1 server are in Read-Only mode using a backup from yesterday ~9:45AM. Our Operations team continues to work on restoring the latest data.

Update: As of 11:00AM CT, all databases on the mysql50-63.wc1.dfw1 server are still in Read-Only mode using a backup from yesterday ~9:45AM. Our Operations team continues to work on restoring the latest data.

As of 2:10 PM CT we are getting reports of customers receiving errors such as "No Data for selected period" in the Control Panel. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
