When creating a new server, customers will notice an error which states, “internal error executing command, please contact your system administrator”. DreamHost: LiveChat Services Experiencing connectivity problems (RESOLVED)

The service we use for our LiveChat system is currently having problems. Unfortunately, that means we’re unable to offer you the stellar chat service you’ve come to expect from us until its restored. In the meantime, however, you can still contact our tech support team via a normal support ticket, for assistance. We apologize for this inconvenience, and hope to have service restored ASAP!

Update – October 29th, 4:00pm PDT:  Service should be restored now, we apologize for the trouble this may have caused!

Update – October 29th, 2:30pm PDT:  We’re seeing some improvement in service to our Chat provider, however, its very intermittent. We apologize for this ongoing inconvenience.
