The apache (web) and ftp services on a subset of our VPS services are currently down. FTP services on some shared servers are also experiencing downtime. Our system administration and data center operation teams are currently on the case and we are attempting to restore services as soon as possible. Further updates will be provided.
Please note that this only affects web VPS and shared web server FTP services, no other services or servers are affected.
Update Jan 29th, 7:35am PST: Our admin team is continuing to work with the data center operation team to roll these updates out to VPS host machines; this also seems to be affecting dedicated servers as well, which are are currently looking into. – Chalise
