RackSpace: Cloud Sites | MySQL50-78.wc2-DFW | Online

At approximately 8:35 PM CST, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on MySQL cluster 50-78.wc2 in our DFW data center. We are actively investigating this issue. This cluster is currently running in a degraded state.

Update:  As of 9:45 PM CST, MySQL issues have returned and our Engineers have resolved the issue on the affected MySQL cluster. The cluster is fully online.

RackSpace: Cloud Servers | Control Panel | Online

At approximately 1:05PM CDT, Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified an issue with our Control Panel and API for Cloud Servers customers. We are currently experiencing intermittent accessibility and  functionality may be degraded.  Further updates will be posted here as they become available.

UPDATE: At about 1:20 PM CT, complete functionality has been restored to our Cloud Control Panel.

We will be performing maintenance on our internal systems at 8:00PM EDT on March 31st, 2011.  The expected amount of time to complete this maintenance is 30 minutes.  Websites and email will remain fully functional during this time, but the ability to login to the control panel will be disabled.  Once the maintenance is complete everything will return to normal.
